Okay...finally someone who understands what maintaining weight is all about. Got on the scale yesterday, and I'm 116lbs. Would like to gain about 7lbs and understand that muscle mass is probably the way to go. I'm nursing Max and find it hard to get away as often as I'd like. Any advice?

What's up?
